These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Nest N Go website, platform, and moving coordination services

By accessing or using our website, requesting a quote, or booking a service through Nest N Go, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. About Nest N Go

Nest N Go is an online platform that connects customers with independent moving and relocation service providers.

Nest N Go acts as a facilitator and mediator between customers and third-party service providers

Nest N Go does not directly provide transportation, packing, loading, unloading, or labor servic

All such services are performed by independent third-party vendor

2. Vendor Responsibility

All moving services including packing, transportation, loading, unloading, and installation are performed by independent vendors.

Nest N Go does not employ these vendors directly.

Therefore:

• The vendor is responsible for service execution

• The vendor is responsible for staff behavior and safety

• The vendor is responsible for handling items during shifting

Nest N Go only assists in connecting customers with vendors and coordinating bookings

3. Booking Confirmation

To confirm a booking, customers may be required to pay a token advance amount through our platform.

This token amount is used to reserve the moving crew and schedule.

The remaining payment must be settled directly with the vendor at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed.

4. Pricing and Estimates

The price shown on the website or quote form is an estimated cost based on the items selected and details provided by the customer.

Final charges may vary depending on:

• Actual inventory

• Distance traveled

• Floor levels

• Additional services requested

• Waiting time

• Unexpected circumstances during the move

The vendor may revise the final price if the actual requirements differ from the information provided during booking

5. Damage and Liability

Moving services involve physical handling of goods, and there is always a risk of damage.

Nest N Go is not responsible for any loss or damage to goods, including but not limited to:

• Furniture damage

• Appliance damage

• Glass or fragile items

• Electronic equipment

Liability for such damage lies with the service vendor performing the move.

Customers are advised to pack fragile or high-value items carefully and declare them in advance.

6. Valuable Items

Customers are strongly advised not to include valuable items in the moving inventory.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Cash

• Jewelry

• Precious metals

• Important documents

• Personal identification documents

• Confidential papers

Nest N Go and the service vendor will not be responsible for any loss of such items.

7. Theft or Missing Items

In the unlikely event of theft or missing items:

• The customer must report the issue immediately to the vendor and Nest N Go support

• Nest N Go may assist in communication between the parties

However, Nest N Go shall not be legally liable for theft or loss, as services are performed by independent vendors.

Customers may pursue claims directly with the vendor.

8. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

Moving schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond control, including:

• Traffic conditions

• Weather conditions

• Road restrictions

• Vehicle breakdown

• Labor issues

Nest N Go and the vendor shall not be liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

9. Accidents and Safety

During the moving process, accidents or injuries may occur.

Nest N Go is not responsible for:

• injuries to vendor staff

• accidents involving vehicles

• property damage during handling or transport

All safety compliance and insurance obligations rest with the vendor

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:l

• Accurate inventory details during booking

• Proper access to pickup and drop locations

• Availability during scheduled service time

• Necessary permissions from society/building if required

If access issues or inaccurate information cause delays, additional charges may apply

11. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel bookings subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation before vendor dispatch may allow partial refund of token amount

• Cancellation after vendor dispatch may result in loss of token amount

Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

12. Platform Usage

Users agree not to misuse the Nest N Go platform.

Prohibited activities include:

• Providing false booking information

• Fraudulent payment activity

• Harassment of vendors or staff

• Misuse of website technology

Nest N Go reserves the right to restrict access to users violating these terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nest N Go shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages

• consequential damages

• financial loss due to delays

• disputes between customer and vendor

Nest N Go's liability, if any, shall be limited to the token booking amount paid through the platform

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising between the customer and vendor should first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion.

Nest N Go may assist as a mediator but is not obligated to resolve dispute

15. Changes to Terms

Nest N Go reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be published on this page.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the city where Nest N Go operates.
